A sacred wine on Saint-Honorat Island to taste directly in the vineyard! Syrah, Clairette, Chardonnay, Mourvèdre, Pinot Noir and Viognier ... Six grape varieties are grown on 8 hectares (five for red wine, three for white). The exceptional climatic conditions of the island allow an annual production ranging from 35 to 40,000 bottles, some of which are served during official meals of the Presidency of the Republic. Made from 44 plants, the Lérina liquor (yellow or green) whose production reaches 9,000 bottles is also known for the expertise of the Lérins monks. His recipe, known by only one monk, is transmitted from generation to generation.
