It's official, the Spanish restaurant with marine accents Saint Julivert Fishery, located in Cobble Hill, was voted best bistro of the year in New York by Le Fooding. This famous Parisian guide rewards the best bistros and innovative concepts created in the last 12 to 18 months, across four cities: New York, London, Mexico City and Paris.
No tablecloths or tiles at Saint Julivert, which is a small neighborhood wine bar that offers seafood cuisine with Spanish and European accents. At the helm of the restaurant and the kitchen, Alex Raif and Eder Montero, a couple with life and the bistro, and already behind the controls of the restaurants El Quinto Pino, Txikito and La Vara.
The kitchen is open, the atmosphere is relaxed, European, a bistro that the Fooding team liked. ” We compared a lot of restaurants, and we found that it was the best, that there was that little something. A good address but where you get bored, it doesn't work for Fooding ”, explains its founder Alexandre Dumas.
