Have you met the Chef in charge of what you eat and drink onboard yet? His name is Christophe Langrée and he has reinvented what La Compagnie passengers will be eating and drinking yet again for 2017-2018. On June 11th, he joined us on flight B0100 to unveil July's menu with sommelier Jade, the latter having hand-selected some exceptional wines to accompany the menu : Cassis « Fonfon » 2016, Saint Romain Blanc 2014 and Minna Vineyard VDP Bouches du Rhône 2011.
