His name is Christophe Langrée and he has reinvented what La Compagnie passengers will be eating and drinking yet again for 2017-2018. On June 11th, he joined us on flight B0100 to unveil July's menu with sommelier Jade, the latter having hand-selected some exceptional wines to accompany the menu : Cassis « Fonfon » 2016, Saint Romain Blanc 2014 and Minna Vineyard VDP Bouches du Rhône 2011.
