Voted Best Chef of the Year by Gilles Pudlowski in 2013, Frédéric Duca also received a Michelin star award at L'Instant d'Or in Paris. Born in Marseille and strongly attached to the authenticity of French cuisine, he moved to New York 3 years ago to take on a new challenge. After being in charge of the kitchen at Racines in Manhattan, he is now back in France and in Paris where he opened Rooster, where he makes a Mediterranean cuisine inventive and refined that sublimates the product without denaturing it.
