Exceptional mixology with Mondrian Cannes on board

On September 2, 2026, we were delighted to welcome Gabriel Saguez, from Mr Nakamoto at the Mondrian Cannes, on board our Nice–New York flight, who came to craft two exclusive signature cocktails.

Two creations were offered to our passengers:

The Japanese Negroni: Etsu Pacific Gin, Campari Cask Tales, Del Professore vermouth, and yuzu bitters

The Kyoto Highball: Hinotori whisky, lemon, orange blossom, and soda

Drawing on Asian flavors and the art of hospitality, both creations won over guests from the very first sip.
