On May 30, passengers on our Nice–New York flight enjoyed one last taste of the French Riviera

Éclat Riviera, an exclusive rosé-based cocktail created by Quentin Aubert, Head Bartender at the Carlton Beach Club Cannes, was built around Miraval Rosé Cuvée Cannes, a limited-edition 2025 vintage.

The cocktail captured the elegance, sunshine, and spirit of Cannes in every sip. A wonderful way to bring a touch of the Côte d’Azur across the Atlantic.
