In the Air with "French at Heart"

We transformed our April 7, 2025 flight into a literary celebration, as culinary visionaries Marjorie Taylor and Kendall Smith Franchini—the mother-daughter force behind Beaune's revered Cook's Atelier—unveiled their soul-stirring "French at Heart" book to a captive audience cruising between continents.

Each passenger received a complimentary copy and had the chance to meet the authors during this exclusive book signing session. As passengers exchanged stories with the authors over flutes of champagne, the aircraft briefly transformed into an intimate literary gathering—a rare, elevated intersection of gastronomy and wanderlust,  where French tradition met the art of travel.
