The La Compagnie team: Arnaud Lagarde

Graduated from the École Polytechnique Universitaire de Lille and holder of a Specialized Master’s degree in Aeronautical Industrial Project Management from ENSAM, Arnaud Lagarde spent most of his career within the Sabena technics group.

Over a period of 17 years, he held several operational management positions. In charge of various maintenance and modification projects for international fleets, he was appointed Head of the Technical Office and CAMO of Sabena technics BOD in 2022. He concluded his career within the Sabena technics group as Production Unit Director before joining La Compagnie in August 2025 as Technical Director.
