Rights of passengers
Version applicable as of August 27, 2026
In accordance with European Regulation (EC) 261/2004 (the “Regulation”) whichestablishes common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in theevent of denied boarding, cancellation, or long delay of flights.The rights referred to in this document apply to passengers who meet thefollowing cumulative conditions:- you have aconfirmed reservation on the flight;- you havecompleted check-in at the time indicated and before the Check-in Deadlineindicated;- you haveall the travel documents required by the authorities of the final destinationand those of transit in the event of a connecting flight;- you aretraveling on a ticket at a fare available to the public, or on a ticket issuedunder a frequent flyer program;- you aredeparting from an airport within the European Union.Please note: if you are departing from anairport in a third country (outside the EU), the rights referred to in thisdocument apply only if you are flying with an EU airline and arriving at anairport located within the EU, and if no local regulation applies to departuresfrom that third country.

· 1. Denied boarding
If a flight is overbooked, the airline will ask for volunteers willingto exchange their confirmed seats for compensation in the form of a travelvoucher.
The carrier will also provide appropriate assistance to these passengers(see paragraph 6 below).
If not enough passengers volunteer to disembark and you are deniedboarding against your will, you will be provided with assistance andcompensation subject to compliance with the boarding rules described above.
You will not receive this assistance and compensation if you are deniedboarding for reasons of health, safety, security, or inadequate traveldocuments.
2. Delay
In the event of a delay of more than 2 hours from the originallyscheduled departure time, you will receive appropriate assistance free ofcharge (see paragraph 6 below), unless this assistance would cause a longerdelay.
If the flight is delayed by at least 5 hours and you do not wish tocontinue your journey, you can obtain a refund for the part(s) not completedand the part(s) already completed and, if applicable, be re-routed by us toyour point of departure as indicated on the ticket.
In the event of a delay of more than 3 hours at your final destination,you may be awarded compensation (see paragraph 4 below).
3. Cancellation
If your flight is cancelled, you are entitled to compensation except:
- if thecancellation was decided as a result of exceptional circumstances that cannotbe avoided and the airline has taken all reasonable steps to avoid thecancellation;
- if youwere informed of the cancellation at least 2 weeks before the scheduleddeparture time;
- if youwere informed of the cancellation between 2 weeks and 7 days before thescheduled departure and you were offered a re-routing, allowing you to leave nomore than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time and to arrive at yourfinal destination less than 4 hours after the scheduled arrival time;
- if youwere informed of the cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduleddeparture and you were offered a re-routing, allowing you to leave no more than1 hour before the scheduled departure time and to arrive at your finaldestination less than 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time.
This compensation cannot be paid at the airport; please contact ourcustomer service department (see paragraph 7 below).
4. Compensation
- For a non-EU flight of more than 3,500 km, with a delay of more than 4 hours: €600*
*The amount of your compensation may be reduced by 50%, for flights of3,500 km or more, if your original or replacement flight landed less than 4hours after the scheduled arrival time.
This compensation scheme is based on European Regulation 261/2004. Ifyour flight is departing from a non-European airport (but your destination iswithin the European Union), local regulations and other compensation schemesmay apply. The rights granted by the Regulation do not apply in exceptionalcircumstances that cannot be avoided (including political instability,meteorological conditions incompatible with the operation of the flightconcerned, security risks, unexpected flight safety shortcomings, and strikesthat affect the operation of an operating air carrier), provided the carrierestablishes that it has taken all reasonable measures to avoid the cancellationor delay of the flight.
5. Downgrading
Where carriage is in a class lower than that indicated on your ticketagainst your will, you may request a refund of:
- 75% of theprice excluding tax of the coupon for all flights of more than 3,500 km,including flights between the European territory of the Member States and theFrench overseas departments.
6. Assistance
In the above cases, you may choose between:
- continuingyour journey to its final destination as soon as possible under comparableconditions of carriage, as indicated by the carrier, or at a later date at yourconvenience subject to seat availability; or
- receivinga refund for the part(s) not completed and the part(s) already completed if youdecide not to continue your journey and to return to your departure point asindicated on the ticket.
In addition, you will receive free of charge:
- a meal ora snack and/or a drink depending on the waiting time;
- accommodation(transfer to/from hotel and airport included), if an overnight stay isrequired;
- reimbursementon request for two calls (limited to 5 minutes each), 2 faxes, or 2 emails.
7. Exercising your rights
To exercise the rights granted by the Regulation, you must first contactthe actual carrier, i.e. the one who carried out or should have carried out theflight.

8. Competent administrative bodies
If the dispute persists, you mayrefer the matter to the Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage, whose contactdetails and procedures for referral are available on their website:www.mtv.travel (MTV Médiation Tourisme Voyage, BP 80303 - 75823 Paris Cedex 17).
If mediation fails, you may refer the matter to the body designated bythe Member State concerned for the application of the rules laid down by theRegulation. You can find the list of bodies designated by each Member State atthe following address: National Enforcement Bodies (europa.eu)
