The present Special Conditions supplementDreamJet’s General Conditions of Sale and Use, General Conditions of Carriageand Fare Conditions whenever the Ticket has been booked in the United States orwhere U.S. law is applicable to the contract. In the event of anyinconsistency, these Special Conditions shall prevail with respect to thematters they govern. In accordance with the U.S. Department ofTransportation regulations for airline passengers, for any flight to, from, orwithin the United States, the Purchaser may request the cancellation and refundof a reservation within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, provided that thebooking was made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled departure timeof the first flight in the relevant itinerary. The request must be sent bye-mail to “customercare@lacompagnie.com” and must include all information necessaryfor its processing, including the booking number, the name(s) of thePassenger(s) concerned and the Purchaser’s contact details.

· Class action waiver
- Scope of Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicablelaw, the Passenger and Carrier agree that any dispute, claim, or controversyarising out of or relating in any way to your relationship with the Carrier orthese General Conditions of Carriage, including but not limited to yourpurchase or use of airline transportation or services, or any other interactionwith the Carrier, will be resolved on an individual basis. The passenger andcarrier agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or itsindividual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purportedclass, collective, consolidated, or representative action or proceeding.
Unless both the Passenger and Carrier agreeotherwise in writing, the court may not consolidate or join more than oneperson’s or party’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of aclass, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The court mayaward relief (including monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief) only infavor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessaryto provide relief warranted by that party’s individual claim.
- Opt-out For Class Action Waiver
The Passenger may opt out of this class actionwaiver by providing written notice to the Carrier within 30 days of youracceptance of these terms.
Written notice shall be provided to legal@lacompagnie.com.
The Passenger’s written notice must includename, address, and a clear statement that the Passenger wishes to opt out ofthe class action waiver.
- Severability
This class action waiver is intended to beseverable. If any portion of this provision is found to be unenforceable, theremainder shall remain in full force and effect.
